Photinia spp, most common is x fraseri or red-tipped photinia. The red tips on new growth that give the plant its common name are obvious in this photo. Has become an ubiquitous landscaping plant, but I think it's pretty when allowed to grow a little wild.
Myrtus commonis, common myrtle. Variegated variety in this photo, and it does come in a dwarf cultivar so be sure of what you are getting.
Mahonia aquifolium, Oregon holly grape. Clusters of yellow flowers are followed by grape-like berries that are useful for jelly. Native plant.
